If you purchase from MRK medical you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions on shipping, purchasing, and interaction with MRK medical.
We are distributors of healthcare related products and are not medical professionals. Please research your product before purchasing medical products from us Unauthorized use of our website images layout and trademark infringements may be met with legal action
We cannot be made liable for late or delayed elivery as we are using third party couriers to dispatch our products. In all cases we will endeavour to get products to our customers in a timely manner as laid down in our delivery times.
The images on the website are for illustration purposes only but generally are a exact reflection of the product you will be using.

You will receive an email confirming your purchase as proof of purchase
You will receive notification from our third party courier on the tracking and dispatch of your item.
All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day and delivered depending on the delivery service you require.
We accept payment from all major credit card and debit card providers. We also have the option of paypal checkout.
When the item ordered arrives it is the obligation of the receiving customer to check the products before accepting the delivery of goods. We are not liable for damage or mishandling in the post. If this is the case, you must make us aware withing 3 days of receiving the goods.
You have the option to choose your method of delivery
We have a royal mail 48 tracked service or a next day royal mail express delivery service if the order is placed before the 2pm cut off.
Certain areas carry a higher courier charge such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man Northern Ireland and some remote Scottish Highland areas.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website within 14 days in line with the consumer rights act.
If you are not unsatisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you must make us aware within 3 days of purchase.
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
If you want a refund, you must email us on our returns email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of purchase.
We have quick turnaround times so you must form us as soon as possible on placing the order if you no longer want the product. Once the product has been dispatched it will have to be returned as in the stated policy
The return of a product will incur a 15% handling and restocking fee of the trading price due to the time required to check and inspect the product on its return. On making us aware of a refund we will send a forwarding address for all products to be returned to us.
All returns are at the expense of the customer. All return items must come back in their original packaging and condition. On examination of the return and if no faults are found a 15% restocking and handling fee will be applied. All returns will be rejected if it is deemed, they are not returned in the condition they were sent out.
Goods must be returned as sold in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We will not accept goods damaged in transit, so it is important that the end user packs the items securely before dispatching back to us.
We regret to inform you that products that are custom made for the end user cannot be returned.
