Its greatest attribute is its lightweight making it very easy to handle and manage in comparison to its competitors on the market. It has great depth perception with three different brightness settings to view the ear canal up to the eardrum in great detail.

Warranty Periods
Main Unit: 1-year limited warranty
Wires and Cables: 3-month warranty.
Specula: 3-month warranty.
Peripherals (Foot Pedal, USB Components, etc.): 6-month warranty.
These items are not manufactured by us and are covered under the third-party manufacturer’s warranty.
Replacements & Ordering
Replacement wires and peripherals can be ordered directly from mrk medical
Customers are responsible for ensuring all accessories are used as intended and maintained according to the product manual.
General Terms
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
Terms and Conditions
Medical Supplies Limited (Distributor)
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions between Medical Supplies Limited (“us”, “we”, the “Distributor”) and the buyer (the “Purchaser”). The goods supplied shall be referenced as the “Products”.
These Terms and Conditions can be modified without prior notification. Please always check the latest terms and conditions from our website.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect the Purchaser’s statutory rights.
To order Products, the Purchaser must be at least 18 years of age and be in a global territory where the Product is authorised to be used.
We will treat each order for Products as an offer by the Purchaser to purchase the Products subject to these terms and conditions.
It will remain the Purchaser’s sole responsibility to check that the Product is legally useable in their global territory and the Purchaser will be fully liable for providing correct information. Any subsequent claim for the Products’ use with respect to any damages, civil and criminal penalties, losses of any kind and any resultant death where use of the Product is solely responsible, will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

Description of Products
The descriptions given are believed to be accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to change aspects of the product, packaging or price without prior notification to any prospective Purchaser. The Purchaser accepts that there are events beyond our control that may influence the product quality and aesthetic.
Payment and Price
Prices quoted on this site are shown exclusive of VAT @ 20% if VAT is applicable. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
The VAT will be clearly demonstrated. The total price payable for the Products will be stipulated at the time when the Purchaser places the order, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price to take account of any market forces or an error or omission on the published price. We will inform the Purchaser of the correct price and give the Purchaser the opportunity to cancel the order.
Delivery, postage and packaging charges are in general not included.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If the Purchaser’s credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel the order, we will immediately issue a credit to the Purchaser’s credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Availability of Products
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notification.
If we do not supply the Products for any reason, we will not charge the Purchaser for these and will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating the Purchaser for any other losses the Purchaser may suffer if the Products are not supplied.
Limited Warranty
We warrant that the Products are free of manufacturing and material defects and provide a 1 year warranty for the replacement of all defective material free of charge.
We warrant that we will provide, for the replacement or repair, at our option, of defective materials and defective workmanship in the Products (which would not have been apparent on a reasonable examination of the Products on delivery) for a period of six months from the date of delivery.
This warranty will not be valid if a third party or the Purchaser attempts to repair the Products, or if Products are stored, packaged or used incorrectly or damaged by any party other than the manufacturer or us. General wear and tear is not covered. Accidental damage is not covered.
The USB wire is guaranteed for a period of 3 months after the date of delivery. Replacement wires can be purchased from us.
Components such as the USB foot pedal and USB splitter are guaranteed for 6 months since they are not manufactured by the original manufacturer.
Ear specula, being disposable in nature, are covered with a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty.
In the event of a faulty product, the Purchaser will need full written authorisation from us, otherwise the returned Products will be rejected.
Purchasing and Delivery of Products
Once the purchase order has been made, we will aim to dispatch the product as soon as reasonably possible, and delivery dates will be from the date of processing of the order. VAT at 20% will be added to the purchase price and the value will be stated if need be.
In the event of complex orders or deliveries to more remote places, the delivery charge may need to be customised and the Purchaser will be informed.
We will only deliver to the address stated on the purchase order and after it has been signed for.
Please see the list of restrictions on the website for an up-to-date list of territories in which this Product can legally be used.
The Purchaser will need to guarantee the Product does not contravene any trading laws with respect to the country the Product is going to.
The Product will be guaranteed as outlined in the Limited Warranty.
All currency conversions will follow the rates outlined by the website www.xe.com.
Returns Policy
The risk in the Products passes to the Purchaser when the Products are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of the Products remains with us until payment has been received in full for the Products and any other Products for which payment is also due.
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to inspect the Products after delivery.
The Purchaser will have 14 calendar days to cancel their order and receive a full refund, provided that:

The Purchaser writes to us to obtain a return code.

The Products are returned unused and in fully sellable condition.

The Purchaser undertakes their responsibility for reasonable care in the storage of the Product while awaiting return.

The carriage has been fully paid by the Purchaser and the Product is fully insured for its transit.

The invoice to us has been settled in full prior to the request to return.

The Purchaser provides the following details: their name, address, reasons for return, and a copy of the purchase order.
Products returned are done so at the Purchaser’s risk and full liability. It is highly recommended that the Purchaser uses a recorded delivery service for proof of delivery.

We cannot accept Products that are:

Products that are sanitary in nature.
The warranty period will be defined as six months starting from the date of dispatch.
Risk
The Purchaser will be responsible at the point in time when the product is delivered to the delivery address. From the time of receipted delivery of the Products, any loss or damage to the Products shall be at the Purchaser’s own risk. Any transit damage to the Products, shortages or incorrect Products supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
There are time limitations for claims arising from delivery:
Claims – Damage in Transit
If Products arrive in a damaged condition, the Purchaser must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and it will be the Purchaser’s responsibility to inform us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Incorrect number of Products
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be the Purchaser’s responsibility to notify us within 48 hours from the stated time of delivery.
Wrong Products
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to notify us of any incorrect Products supplied within 48 hours of the stated time of delivery.
Non-Deliveries
We will not accept liability for Products lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date. If Products returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to the Purchaser and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the Products, along with the cost of carriage, will be charged to the Purchaser’s credit card account.
Intellectual Property and Rights
All intellectual property rights in relation to the Products, software, website, logo and design will belong wholly to the original manufacturer and/or to us as the Distributor, and there is no transfer of these rights to the Purchaser or any of their associates or affiliates. There will be no attempt by the Purchaser or any of their associates or affiliates to infringe these rights.
Governing Law
This agreement is made under the jurisdiction of the laws of England and Wales. Any disagreements and disputes will be dealt with within the laws of England and Wales.
